Processing Time

All of our products are handmade with care. Please allow up to 12 weeks for your keepsake to be made before dispatch. During certain periods making times may be extended.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the UK excluding Northern Ireland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and your choice of delivery service. Items are made in and dispatched from Northamptonshire, UK.

For order values above £150.00 we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

 

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – delivery aim within 24 hours of dispatch

• Royal Mail Special Delivery – next day delivery from dispatch

We use trusted carrier Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Tracking information will be provided where available.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@littlebearkeepsakes.co.uk within 14 days of expected delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
