Return and Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. As such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude customised or bespoke items from the usual 14-day cancellation period.

Please double check your personalisation requests as it may not be possible to correct any mistakes once your item has been made.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@littlebearkeepsakes.co.uk. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We cannot refund customer damaged items.

 

Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we begin production shortly after garments are received. Orders may only be cancelled before sending your garments to us. Please email hello@littlebearkeepsakes.co.uk to cancel. After we receive your garments, we cannot offer cancellations.
